Short title, extent and commencement.–– (1) This Act may be called the Goa 2[...] Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965. (2) It extends to the whole of 3[―the State of Goa‖]. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. Synopsis Enforcement of Act: The said Act came into force on 21st April, 1965 vide Notification No. LD/21/65 Dated 20th April 1965 in the Union Territory Goa, Daman and Diu.
