The Licensee vendor(s), not having the safety gadgets as mentioned above or demanding fee for collection and transportation of septage in excess of the fee prescribed by the Designated Officer of Delhi Jal Board shall render the licensee liable for cancellation of license and imposition of penalty prescribed for violation of these Regulations.
