Application for License The application for obtaining License for collection, transportation and disposal of Septage shall be submitted in the format attached as Annexure-2 of the regulations along with the following documents:- i) Format available as above to be duly filled up. ii) List of number of vehicles with registration number and year of Manufacture. iii) Self-attested Copy of Valid Permits of vehicles(s) obtained from the Transport Authority. iv) Self-attested copy of proof of address for communication. v) List of worker(s)viz Vehicle Driver, Helper etc. vi) List of safely equipments with each vehicle vii) Application fee in the form of DD/ Pay Order amounting to Rs (As prescribed from time to time) per vehicle drawn in favour of Delhi Jal Board. viii) Performance Guarantee in form of Bank Guarantee in favour of Delhi Jal Board amounting to Rupees (As notified by designated officer)) only per vehicle. ix) Applicant to bring along Original Documents for verification of Permit of vehicles(s) and address proof for verification at the time of submission of the application.
