Cancelation of License. In case of violation of any of the provisions of IN PROHIBITION OF EMPLOYMENT AS MANUAL SCAVENGERS AND THEIR REHABILITATION Act-2013 including these Regulations, the Licensee shall be liable to pay penalty as notified from time to time, including the Cancellation of license and forfeiture of performance guarantee as per the recommendation of Committee or Designated Officer (s).
