Loss of Certificate : In the event of the certificate of registration being lost or destroyed, the holder may apply to the supervising authority for a fresh certificate and the supervising authority, if it thinks fit, issue such certificate upon payment of a fee of Rs.5/-. A certificate issued under this rule shall be marked duplicate.
