Sponsored Schemes - Whenever the University r funds from any Government; the University Grant Commission or other agencies sponsoring a scheme to be executed-. by the University, notwithstanding any thing in this Act or the Statutes or the chdinance . made there under:- . (a)- the amount received shall be-kept by.tho University separately from the University Fund and utilized only for the purpose of the scheMe and - (b) the" staff required to execute the scheme shall be recruited ixi• accoidaiice with -the terms and conditions stipulated by the sponsoring organization.
