Mode of proof of the University record - A co )(of any receipt, application, notice, order, proceedings, resolution of any authority or committee of the University, or other documents in the possession of the University, or any entry in any register duly maintained by the University, if certified by the Registrar so designed shall, notwithstanding anything contained in the Indian Evidence Ac, 1872 (1 of 1872) or in any other law for the time being in force, shall be admitted as evidence of the matters and transaction specified therein, where the original thereof would, if produced, have been admissible in evidence. 43.' Power to remove difficulties,.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this . Act, the Government may, by order, &Wished in the offtc. ial Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty: Provided that no such order be made under this section after the expiry' of three years from the commencement of this Act. •
