Provident and Pension Funds - The University shall constitute for the benefit of .its employees such provident fund and pension fund or provide such insurance scheme . as it may deem fit in such manner and, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed : Provided that the existing employees shall continue to be goyamed by the existing pension and Provident Fund Schemes prevailing to their services in the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology. Disputes as to the constitution of the University Authorities and Bodies - If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly appointed as, or is entitled to be, a member of any authority?' or other body of the University, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor with Board -of Management recOmmendationa vaiose decision thereon shall be final.
