Classification of post of Fire Service- The classification of the posts of the Fire Service shall be as under:- (1) Group ‘A’ post means any post which having regard to its scale of pay and emoluments would, if such post had been in the Central Government be classified as a Group ‘ A ‘ post under the Central Government in accordance with the orders issued by the Government from time to time. (2) Group ‘B’post means any post which having regard to its scale of pay and emoluments would, if such post had been in the Central Government be classified as a Group ‘B’ post under the Central Government in accordance with the orders issued by the Government from time to time. (3) Group ‘C’ post means any post which having regard to its scale of pay and emoluments would, if such post had been in the Central Government be classified as a Group ‘C’ post under the Central Government in accordance with the orders issued by the Government from time to time. (4) Group ‘D’ post means any post which having regard to its scale of pay and emoluments would, if such post had been in the Central Government be classified as a Group ‘D’ post under the Central Government in accordance with the orders issued by the Government from time to time.
