Constitution of Fire Service - Subject to the provisions of this Act- (a) the Fire Service shall consist of such numbers in the several ranks and have such organization and such powers, functions and duties as the Govt. may by general or special order, determine; and (b) the recruitment to, and the pay, allowance and all other conditions of service of the members of the Fire Service shall be such as may be prescribed.
