Recovery of amount due under the Act Any amount due under this Act (including any interest or penalty payable under clause 10 or clause 11, as the case may be) from any person may be recovered by the Government in the same manner as an arrear of land revenue: Provided that the appropriate authority may for the reasons to be recorded in writing, allow payment of amount due in installments.
