Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi on the 15th day of December, 2000 is hereby published for general information :- An act to provide for recovery of the dues as arrears of land revenue in respect of the capital and recurring costs of common effluent treatment plants set up in the Industrial Estates in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
