Consequences of absence of Chairman without leave - Subject to the rules made in this behalf, the Chairman of a Marketing Committee, who absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the committee, without leave of the Director, shall cease to be the Chairman on and from the date on which the third such meeting is held.
