Revision – Notwithstanding anything contained n this Act, the Government shall have the power of reversing or modifying any order or the Board or any of its officers passed or purporting to have been passed under this Act, if it is satisfied that such order is not in accordance with the provisions of this Act, or any rule, regulation or bye-law made there-under.
