In section 13 of the principal Act, in sub-section (3),- (a) for clause (iii), the followi~g clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(iii)-to enforce such standards, as may be prescribed,- (A) for hospitals engaged in the removal, storage or transplantation of any human organ; SIX. 11 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY 5 (B) for issue Banks engaged-in recovery, screening, testing, processing, storage and distriiution of tissues;"; (6) after clause (fv), the following c h s e shall be inserted, namely:- "(ha) to inspect Tissue Banks periodically;".
