In section 10 of the principal Act, in sub-section (I),- of section 10. I (a) in clause (b), the word "and" occurring at the end shall be omitted; (b) in clause (c), the word "and" shall be inserted at the end; (c) after clause (c), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(4 no Tissue Bank, unless registered under this Act, shall carry out any activity relating to the recovery, screening, testing, processing, storage and distribution of tissues.".
