The applicant to be in possession of the requisi to licence under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.-No licence for the manufacture of medicinal and toilet preparations or renewal of such licence shall be granted to an applicant unless he holds the requisite licence under that Act for the manufacture of the said medicinal preparations.
