In case of a firm certain particulars to accompany the application.-In the case of a firm of a true copy of the partnership deed and if a company, a list of the Directors and Managers, as certified by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, together with copies of Memorandum of Association. Articles of Association and the latest balance-sheet shall he submitted with the application.
