Utensils, measures and testing instruments.— The licenced manufacturer shall possess all the utensils necessary for distillation including alcoholometer of Gayth Lussac and measure of litres and its multiples. The breach of this rule shall render the licensee liable to a penalty not exceeding Rs.100/- to be levied by the Excise Inspector.
