Keeping of register.— (1) The licensed manufacturer shall keep a register containing the following particulars: (i) Name of the cashew grove, if any; (ii) Name of the owner or tenant of the cashew grove; (iii) Registration number of the grove; (iv) Quantity of cashew juice received from cashew grove; (v) Quantity and strength of liquor produced in respect of each grove. (2) The register shall be submitted to the respective Taluka Excise Station by the licensee not later than the end of June of the year for which the licence is granted. The breach of this rule, shall render the licensee liable to a penalty not exceeding Rs.100/- to be levied by the Excise Inspector.
