Where the clinical establishments in respect of which standards have been notified for by the Central Government, provisiondl registration shall not be granted or retiewed beyond,- provisional regis!rat~on. (0 the period of wo years h m the date of notification ofthe standards in case of clinical establishments which came into existence before the commencement ofrhis Act; (ii) the period of two years from the date of notification of the staadards for clinical establishments which come into existence after the commencement of this Act but before the notification of the standards; and (iii) the period of six rnor~ths from the date ofnotification ofstandards for clinical establishments which come into existence after standards have been notified.
