The application for renewal of regiswarion shall be made thirty days before the expiry ofthe validity of the certificart of provisional registration and, in case the application for renewal is made after the expiry o f the provisional registration, the authority shall allow renewal of registration on payment of such enhanced fees, as may be prescribed.
