Insertion of section 12A.— After section 12 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (Central Act 37 of 1952) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), the following section shall be inserted, namely:— “12A. Licensing Authority to regulate sale of ticket.— The Licensing Authority shall regulate the sale of tickets for admission to a cinematograph exhibition in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.”.
