(1) No court shall take cognizance of""y offencc punishable under this Act or any rules made thereunder, save 011 a complaint made hy the aggrieved woman or any person authoriscd by the Internal Committec or Local Committee in this behalf. (2) No court inferior to that ofa Me,tropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the first class shall try any nffence punishable under this Act. (3) Every offence under this Act shall be nOll-cognizable.
