The members of the Board and the members of Allowances Committees, which may be appointed by the Board, when and fees. necessary, ishall be paid travelling allowances of the pres- cribed amount and on the prescribed conditions for attend- ing meetings of the Board, or for performing any duty assigned to them by the Board for the purposes of this Aci.
