Protection of action taken in good faith

Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall, lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act. 3[22A. Power of Central Government to give directions.—The Central Government may give such such directions as it may deem necessary to a State Government regarding the carrying into execution of all or any of the provisions of this Act and the State Government shall comply with such directions.]
