Court of Wards to be authorized in certain cases to take charge of estate of lunatic—If the estate of a lunatic so found or any part thereof consists of property which, by the law for time being in force, subjects the proprietor if disqualified, to the jurisdiction of the Court of Wards, the Court of Wards shall be authorized to take charge of the same.
