Amendment of section 6-E .In section 6-E of the principal Act, (a) for the words, figure and letter the judicial authority appointed under section 6-C the words, figure and letter the State Government concerned under section 6-C shall be substituted; (b) for the words any other Court, tribunal or authority, the words any Court, tribunal or other authority shall be substituted.
