Amendment of section 6-C .In section 6-C of the principal Act, (a) in sub-section (1), for the words any judicial authority appointed by the State Government concerned and the judicial authority, the words the State Government concerned and the State Government shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), for the words such judicial authority, the words the State Government shall be substituted.
