Amendment in sub-section (10) of section 24 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005)- (1) The words and figures “sub-section (1)” in sub-section (10) of section 24 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005) shall be substituted by the words and figures “sub-section (1A)”. (2) The words and figures “sub-section (1)” used in clause (b) of sub-section (10) of section 24 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005) shall be substituted by the words and figures “sub-section (1A)”.
