Amendment in sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005)- After the words and figures “sub-section (1)” used in clause (a) of sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005), the words and figures “or sub-section (1A)” shall be added.
