Amendment to Section-39 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005).— The words, “or fine payable” shall be inserted after the words “or penalty imposed” in clause (iv) of sub-Section (2) of Section-39 of Act 27 of 2005.
