Amendment to Section-37 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005).— The words, brackets and figures “sub-Section (1) of section-27” shall be inserted before the words, brackets and figures “sub-Section (1) of section 31” in Section 37 of Act 27 of 2005.
