Selection Procedure I- (1) Commission shall select the candidates for appointment on Technical posts according to prescribed procedure under the Service Cadre Rules of respective posts; Provided that in absence of Service Cadre Rules for any Technical post, The Commission shall select the candidates for that post according to the Prescribed Procedure in the selection rules made for this perposes by the Commission with prior permission of the State Government.
