Transfer of pending Selection works Related to Technical posts of Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ :- The Selection works shall be completed by the Bihar Technical staff Selection Commission for the appointment to all such Technical posts as included in the schedule of this Act, in respect of which the advertisement has not been issued or published by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission till the date of commencement of this Act : Provided that the Selection work shall be completed by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission for appointment to such all Technical posts as included in the Schedule of this Act, in respect of which the advertisement has been issued or published by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission till the date of enforcement of this Act . Chapter IV
