Tenure of Chairman and Members of the Commission I- The tenure of the Chairman and Members of the Commission shall be Generally for three years. provided that, in special circumstances, the tenure of a Member shall be further that extended for that period as it may be determined by the State Government. Provided further that if General Administration Department of the State Government is reasonablly Satisfied that continuance of Chairman or any Member or all Members in the Commission is against the public interest or convenient work performance of the Commission may be obstructed by their continuance, then Chairman or/ and such any other Member/ all Members may be discharged from their posts by the State Government (General Administration Department) before the completion of their general tenure of three years.
