Constitution of Commission I- The Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission shall be constituted consisting of the followings :- (i) Chairman- Any officer belonging to Indian Administrative Service not below the rank of super time scale appointed by the General Administration Department of the State Government whose minimum three years of service remains : Provided that retired officer of the equivalent eligibility also may be appointed as Chairman by the General Administration Department of the State Government. (ii) Members- Five Officers of the State Services appointed by the General Administration Department of the State Government whose minimum one year of Service remains : Provided that retired officers of the equivalent eligibility also may be appointed as Member by the General Administration Department of the State Government. 8 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 21 21 21 21 अगः त अगः त अगः त अगः त 2014 2014 2014 2014 Among these five members minimum one member shall be selected from Bihar Engineering Services, Bihar Health Services and Bihar Administrative Services respectively. Rest two other members will be selected from any services from the said three services : Provided that only such officers of Bihar Engineering Serivce, Bihar Health Service and Bihar Administrative Service shall be Selected as the members who holds post on permanent basis not less than grade pay of Rs. 8700/- (Eight thousand Seven hundred) or have already held the post under the State Government .
