Application and Scope.:-Any dispute, claim, or difference arising out of or in connection with or in relation to any Concession Agreement or contract between the Government Agency or Local Authority on the one hand and the Developer on the other hand, shall as far as possible, be amicably settled between the parties. In the event of any dispute, claim or difference not being amicably resolved, such dispute, claim or difference shall be referred to the Conciliation Board. The party initiating conciliation shall send to the other party a written invitation to conciliate under this part, briefly identifying the subject matter of the dispute, claim and/or difference.
