Judicial proceeding.:- Every proceeding before the Board shall be deemed to be a judicial proceeding within the meaning of section 193 and section 228 of the Indian Penal Code (XLV of the Act 1860) and the Reconciliation board shall be deemed to be a Civil Court under section 195 and Chapter XIV of the Criminal Procedure Code.
