Constitution of the service (i) This service shall be the state service under the administrative control of the Department of Art, Culture and Youth. (ii) The description of the different grades of this service is given in the Annexure-I. (iii) The state government may determine the work force, designation and pay scale of different grades of this service from time to time by issuing notification. (iv) The officers already appointed and working to the posts mentioned in the schedule shall be considered automatically as members of this service from the date of commencement of these rules.
