Repeal and Saving- (1) All the Acts, Rules, Regulations and Orders related to the scheduled Institution are here by repealed. (2) Not withstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Acts, Rules, Regulations, and orders shall be done or taken under this Act as if its was come in to force on the day on which such thing was done or such action was taken.
