Protection of Action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be initiated against the State Government, the Authority or Scheduled Institution or any person authorized by them for performing any function under this Act or for anything , which is done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or any rule or order made there under.
