NOTIFICATIONS S.O. 147 dated the 3rd February, 1971.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29 of the Bihar Shops and Establishments Act, 1953 (Bihar Act VIII of 1954), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to appoint the Superintendent of Labour (Agriculture Labour), Bettiah, with headquarters at Bettiah to be the Inspecting Officer for the purposes of the said Act for the district of West Champaran and to direct that the said Inspecting Officer shall in addition to his own duties, also exercise his functions under this Act within the local limits of West Champaran district until further orders.
