Amendment of Section-10 C of Bihar School Examination Board Act 1952 (Bihar Act 7 of 1952) as amended.- The following shall be inserted after first proviso of Section-10 C of Bihar School Examination Board Act 1952:— Provided further that Board may frame regulation laying down criteria for constitution of Governing body/ Management committee.
