Amendment of sub section (4) of section-10 B of the Bihar School Examination Board Act 1952 as amended.- The words “Principal Secretary, Human Resource Development Department, Govt. of Bihar” of sub section (4) of section 10 B of said Act shall be substituted by words “State Government.”
