Amendment of Section–60 of the Bihar Act 6, 2006 —In Section–60(1) of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 (Bihar Act 6, 2006) the sentence "The Government shall appoint an officer not below the rank of Deputy Collector to be the Executive Officer of the Panchayat Samiti."
