S. 1Short title, extent and commencement—(1) This Act may be called the Bihar Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Act, 2010
S. 2The section amends the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act to appoint the Block Development Officer as the Executive Officer of the Panchayat Samiti.
