Declaration of Blocks — For the purposes of this Act, the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette declare any area, within the district to be a Block and name that Block; and (a) include any area within that district in the Block so declared; (b) exclude any area from any such Block, or (c) transfer any area from one Block to another within the same district.
