Amendment of Section 228 (2) of the Bihar Act 11, 2007.- Section 228 (2) of the said Act shall be substituted by the following namely:- "(2) Such spot fines may be collected by officers, not below the rank of a sanitary inspector and/or any agency duly authorized by the Municipality."
