Amendment of Section 158 of the Bihar Act 11, 2007.-.A new section 158A shall be added after section 158 of the said Act namely: “158A Any property that has adopted a sustainable technique of rain water harvesting approved by the government may be given relief of five percent of the total Property Tax.”
